G Gord Dibben May 30, 2006 #2 Mindie Perhaps you have two windows open? Do you see filename.xls:1 and filename.xls:2 in the title bar? Select one of the windows and File>Close. Re-size the remaining window and Save. Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP
