I am experiencing an intermittent problem in Excel. When I open a workbook,
and use the mouse to click into different cells, the cursor all of a sudden
anchors itself to a cell and no matter what I do it just scrolls and scrolls.
I can't get to the menus above or even if I try to close from the taskbar,
the screen keeps scrolling. I have gone to the Windows Task Manager and tried
to end task from there and it tells me that Excel can not be closed. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled my office software and it seemed to be okay but
then it started this craziness again. I don't know what else to do. All other
office applications seem to be fine.
