Excel crashes

I'm getting this problem with one of my files and I can't
get rid of it.

I have a workbook with about 20 worksheets in it. When I
try to perform a function such as change the source data
of a chart I get a message saying...

"No more new fonts may be applied to this workbook"

Then when I click ok I get another message saying...

"Excel.exe has generated errors and will be closed down by
windows"

I've never seen the 1st message before, and I do not know
where to start in trying to fix it. I'm only using one
font throughout the workbook which is 'tahoma'.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi,

This is caused by having a bit too many charts. Each chart
adds to the custom fonts stack of Excel and you've managed
to hit the ceiling.

I am not completely sure if you can reduce the fonts used
up for a single chart, but you might try rightclicking the
chart area, choosing format Chartarea and then select a
single fontsize.

If that doesn't help, try removing some charts or moving
them to a different workbook.
