Excel concatenate multi cells problem

I have 5 cells that I wisk to concatenate. Each cell currently contain
1-5 words within it. When I concatenate I want commas separating eac
value with double quotation marks at the start of the concatenated cel
and at the end. See below

In some cases cell D and E maybe empty, can I get an adjusted formula s
that if cell E is empty then I don't get the comma appearing and i
cell D & E are empty and also do not get the commas appearing

e.g.

Cell E empty I would get:

"I need, help, with, this"

Cell D & E empty:
"I need, help, with

one way:
1. download the free add-in Morefunc.xll . It includes the function
MCONCAT (http://longre.free.fr/english/)

2. Use the formula
=MCONCAT(A1:E1,", ")
