Excel columns

[Excel 2007 columns]

When i open excel Sheet the columns instead of having alphabets like
(A,B,C,D.... ) it has numbers 1,2,3,4...... . How should i change the
columns numbers to alphbets

Office Button>Excel Options>Formulas.

Uncheck R1C1 reference style.
