Excel Charts--Quadrant, Scatter Plot Graphs

I have created a quadrant graph with the following data:
EX. Thomas-- Sales= 75, A Call %= 50%; Sarah--Sales=50, A Call %=75%. The
graph is plotting the data correctly in each quadrant, however, I can not get
the plots to show the name of the agent that it represents. I know it is
something small that I am missing. Any help you can offer would be great!!!
 
You can use a third party add-in to apply labels from worksheet cells to points in a
chart. These two are free, easy to install, and easy to use:
