excel - chart, changing data labels

i need to lable data points that aren't axis value
i'm trying to label points of intersection on a scatter plot (purposly appears as a line graph) other values than the axis's for example the y axis is age and the x axis hours watching tv and the points i need to label would IQ..

Don't you think that asking this question in an Excel newsgroup might get a
better response than in an Access newsgroup? Try:
