Excel cell is locked(read only),pls help to unlock

hi,
i've one excel sheet which is developed by other person. He has locked one
cell to read only but i want to change its data. what should I do?
Please help me

I had this problem just yesterday. There are apps of a rather debious
nature floating around the net that will do it, and some that some legit.
Like this sort of thing

Might be worth looking at, but I don't know if you want to pay as much for
one cell..
