Excel Excel - Can the date format dd-mmm-yyyy display the month in upper case?

Hi all

I'm trying to find out if there is a way to display a column of dates in Excel as DD-MMM-YYYY (ie 01-JUL-2010). The standard formats only capitalise the first letter and it's driving me crazy!

Any advice will be gratefully received :-)
