if i hv file A, B, C. file C included the total
information listed in file A & B. Wht should i do if i
want to the information in file A & B automatically copy
to the C, so that i can change the details in A or B only.
then the changes can be shown in file C.

You can make use of named ranges
for example :
1. Make in file "testBlad1.xls a named range Total_Sheet1
2. In the Total sheet you could put
in cell A1:=+'C:\temp\testBlad01.xls'!Totaal_Sheet1
In this way the total of sheet1 named 'Total_Sheet1'
is put in the total sheet.
Whenever the total changes in the file TestBlas01, the
total automatically changes in the total sheet.
