I need help. When my boss goes to open excel he is missing 2 colors h
usually uses. Light Green, Light Turquoise. Light Green he uses t
hight light good things about the company and when he uses it t
highlight something it comes out black with a hint of green. When
bring down the color scheme both colors show up as white. I'v
uninstalled and reinstalled excel and it dosent help. I updated th
video card drivers and it didnt help. I got a new video card and i
dosent help. What is wrong??????????

If anyone can help me please do so cause my job is on the line

First thing I'd try:

Open the offending workbook.
Tools|options|Color Tab
click Reset

Color choices travel with the workbook. So if this fixed it, you might have a
few more to do.

If your job depends upon your boss seeing certain colors in Excel, I would
suggest you show him the ass of your pants(or skirt) on your way out the door
to a real job<g>

I just hope he isn't color blind. That would be a miserable way to lose a job!
(as opposed to all the good ways to lose a job (huh?).)

Well, from the sound of it, I would have thought it obvious that he simply
doesn't need the Light Green one at all. :-)

On a slightly more serious note, is it really just these two colours, or have
they perhaps all 'disappeared' (or just aren't appearing), in which case maybe
this is the 'High Contrast' issue that sometimes prevents fill colours from
displaying?

If you do a print preview, do you see the colours then? - If so then take a look
