Excel 97 is not allowing to generate a macro

Hi!

We have a small problem with Excel 97 running on a Win2k-
machine.

A normal user is not allowed to generate/modify or run a
macro nor working with vba.

Does anyone have an idea?
We already checked permissions on the programfolder, no
results....

please... anyone who can help?

Sounds like a defective installation to me.

Maybe, but:
If i login as Administrator.... it works....

Any Idea?
