Excel 97, can't see Formula Bar

Hi
I have a user who is having a problem with their Excel 97 program. When they run it, you can't see their Excel blue title bar and they are also missing the formula bar (and missing the name box.) I am trying to figure out how to get those things back. I've tried resetting their toolbars, no luck

Select "view" and check "formula bar"

If the user cannot see the blue Excel Title bar or the Formula bar, my guess
is that they are in "Full Screen" mode.

Try View>Full Screen to toggle back on.
