excel 2010 classic look no ribbon

does anybody know if it is possible in excel 2010 to get rid of the
ribbon and go to the classic look of excel 2003
 
Classic menu in xl2007/2010 requires a third party add-in or writing of much VBA code.
I read some wishful thinking that the next office release (at end of 2012?) might have a classic
menu option.
I doubt MS is that smart.

You might want to use early style menus in the Ribbon versions, as can
be done using John Walkenback's code found here...
