Hi
We all know the long debates on shared workbook stability.
What actions can be taken to make it as stable as possible?
Is there particular fonts which are needed? Simple things to avoid?
Cells and hidden codes to remove etc?
What is the general consensus on this?

Well IMHO there is no debate about shared workbook stability, its just not a
good idea: don't use shared workbooks, use an Excel frontend to a shared
database (you don't even need Acess, just use Jet which is on everyones
machine for free).

If there is some reason you cannot do this (the only reason I can think of
is that you don't know how and you cannot afford to learn) then my advice
would be to keep the shared workbook as small and simple as possible, and to
take very frequent backups to minimise the recovery problems.
