n Excel 2003, when you do a "save as" there is a "tools" button where
you can set password for modifying, etc. In Excel 2007, there is no
such option. Does anyone know how to do this?

In the Save As dialog window on my 2007 there is a 'Tools' button just
to the left of the 'Save' button in the bottom right corner of the
window. Clicking this then 'General Options' brings up the password
dialog box. Is this not the case for you?

In my xl2007 (Service Pack 2) SaveAs dialog window, the Tools button is at the bottom Left corner of
the dialog.
I just wonder, since it appears the button can be in, at least, two different places, if maybe there
is a release with no Tools button?

Thanks. Sorry for dumb question. I didn't even think of looking in the left bottom corner as opposed to the top right corner where it was before.
