excel 2007 question

we are moving to excel office 2007 professional from ms office 2003
professional. Which training aids do you recommend we use?
in the past i've used microsoft books but i realized they keep reprinting
the same books without upgrading them.

I haven't read any of the 2007 books, but

Regarding the Microsoft books, it will be hard to reprint any 2003 book as a
2007 book without rewriting it since all screenshots will be wrong and most
steps will no longer be correct. To say nothing for a command like: choose
the Edit menu, Copy command. Since there are no menus.

Regarding past versions, since Excel 2000, Excel 2002 and Excel 2003 were so
similar, almost everything would have been identical in books on any of those
three versions. But so no true for 2007.
