Excel 2003 -- where is the index in help?

Dave R.

In Excel 2000, I could press F1, select "index" (if I remember right), then
type the first few letters of what I was looking for, and the list would
automatically jump down to the closest matches. Like for functions, I would
type "mat" and "MATCH worksheet function" would be highlighted. Then I can
look at how to use the function.

Is there such an index in Excel 2003? When I press F1 now it goes to some
search thing which takes 10 seconds to use, and gives me an array of junk in
addition to the simple lookup I was trying to do.

Thanks

Excel 2002.
When you press f1 to bring up help you will be brought to the last you
selected. If you selected contents, you will go there, index = index. Can't
answer for 2003

Hi Don. It's the same way in 2000, 2003 doesn't have a tab for 'index' after
pressing F1, though all the help is there because you can search (but takes
10 seconds) for function names and it shows the same function help screens
like it did in 2000.
