After a manic January filing self assessments - yes I am an accountant - I suddenly have a problem re finding files i have recently created in My Documents. If I try to open in my documents, or attach file Outlook, the system cannot find the file. The only way i can trace the file is in recent documents which holds a short cut to the folder in my documents. This is a new problem, and I cannot backup the files either as the external hard drive also cannot trace the files held in my documents.
Has anyone an idea why this is happening - help required quite urgently.
