Excel 2002 Save Reminder

I have a user in my office who is constantly forgetting
to save his files. Due to his nearly complete
incompetence, he often loses a full day's work because he
somehow closes files, skips the reminder right before
closing to save, and closing his file.

Is there anyway in Excel 2002 to set up a reminder that
will pop up on his screen and demand he save his work
every ten minutes or so?
 
Tools --> Add-ins --> Autosave Add-in
Tools --> AutoSave

A dialog box will apear asking you to pre-define the save
timing (ie: 10 minutes, 5 minutes...).

It can be set up to save without prompting - (this guy may
just say No each time).
