Excel 2002: How to tranpose data to designated cells ?

Dear Sir,

I have the following table and would like the cell content of C21 and C22 to
be transposed to A24 and B24 respectively.

May I know what formula I must input at A21 and copy downwards to get the
answer for column A and B at row 24,28, 32 and so on?

the simplest way is to go to A4
=C1
in B4
=C2
copy A1:B4
and paste to the end of your data
