Good day everybody

I use Windows 2000 and Excel 2000 at work
I have Windows XP and Excel 2002 at home

I have an Excel workbook with macro which I copy back to home to continue working
However I get Digital signature message and macro cannot run. After save in Excel 2002, the file will go crazy and can't use at work

To solve this, can I install Excel 2000 in my home PC? Can I have two Excel versions i.e. 2000 and 2002 in my Windows XP
Or does anyone has better solution to suggest to me

Thank you in advance and have a nice day

Best regards
Julie

The message says exactly what ?
Which macro security level is set at each system ?

Best wishes Harald

Julie,

Have a look at Tool / Options / Security tab / Macro security button.
I suppose that it is set ( at home ?) to High.
If so reset it to medium and the problem might be solved.
