Excel 2000 to 2003 - linked workbooks

Hello,

I have tried to search forum but did not find any posts that woul
describe my situation.

My company will be upgrading Office 2000 to Office 2003 fairly soon.
My question is, are there any reported problems with workbooks that ar
linked to other workbooks, access database and word documents. I
there are any suggestions on what would be best way to proceed wit
upgrade?

normally there shouldn't be any problems for this upgrade (in respect
to Excel).
