I want to open a dialog box that will get a folder (not a file) so i
can be entered into a cell on a worksheet. Any ideas on selecting
folder instead of an individual file?

thanks,
Stev

Hi Steve

Could probably use a combo of MID, LEFT, RIGHT etc to pasre the text.
Need to know which folder you would need though, supposing they select
something like

C:\My Documents\Folder1\Folder2\Book1.xls

Which Folder would you want?
