Excel 2000 "Animated Text Efects"

Is it possible in Excel 2000 to make information in
certain cells "Blink or Flash" such as Word has in Format
Font, animated text effects - Blinking Background, Las
Vegas Lights etc.....

Can I write a formula???

You can use a macro to do this, but you'll suffer a hit in performance (I
wouldn't do it):
