Hi

I hope you can help me with this...

I just recently configured my Vista Mail and when I try to retreive or send
my email I get an warning sign saying My mail is 99% of its quota, So my
question is Do I need to erase the emails to allow the program to downloaded
the new ones??

It will be a shame to loose the old ones!

Thanks

That message is from your ISP, not from Vista.
You will need to contact your ISP.

Your ISP probably has a limit on how much mail you can leave on their
server.
Change your settings in WinMail to delete the mail on the server after
you've downloaded it.

Tools - Accounts - (your mail account) - Properties - Advanced - Delivery -
uncheck "Leave a copy of messages on server" or check one of the "remove"
options

Thank you very much for your answer... What is an ISP???

Unfortunately I have not the option to "remove" the mails from this email
address after downloading them on Windows Final which magically I managed to
do!!!

I have to three other questions:

1) If I erase the mails directly from the website, will that erase them on
Windows mail once I've click send/recieve??

2) Can I retrive my contactcs from my emails address to Windows Mail?? If
yes how can I do this??

3) Can I have different mail boxes for different email address??
