Examples of extending OpenFile Dialog

Does anyone know of any examples of how to extend the OpenFileDialog in .Net
to add additional controls or change the Open button to provide different
open options (ala. Visual Studio Open or Open with...)?
 
You can try to use our Dialog Workshop .NET product.
You can extend standard dialog using WinForms, customize it's appearance,
etc.
And without using resources, Win32 stuff or other time-consuming solutions.
