EWF won't hibernate

When I have EWF turned on w/ a disk overlay the system
does not hibernate. Using the xpepm -hibernate command
reports an error.

When I turn the EWF off, everything hibernates fine. I
don't see the reason for the hiccup.

Is hibernate not supported with EWF?

I don't know if it is supported or not.
But check that you don't use protected partition for hibernation file.

Jeff,

Hibernation file is going to be the size of your RAM (i.e. 256MB RAM = 256MN
hibernation file). Is your overlay large enough to hold the file? Also, do
you have Hibernation enabled in the Computer (HAL) component settings?
