Hi all,
Further to the question I asked earlier, i've actually started the
project now and hit a wall.
I have a 2GB image on a intermediary HDD running an EWF RAM REG overlay
on the C: partition which will eventually be put onto a CF card.
However, we have a separate SATA HDD as the D: partition which will be
there permanently.
I want to cover the separate SATA HDD with the EWF RAM REG overlay but
can't seem to get it to work.
I've tried various different combinations of the registry settings to
get the d: partition covered with the EWF but I always get the "Failed
getting protected volume configuration with error 1. Incorrect
Function"
Is there a way I can do this or is it completely impossible to have an
EWF overlay on one piece of hardware and cover the second piece of
hardware with it?
