everything is in the wrong place

Hi,
My start menu is now in the upper left hand corner, the
time is in the bottom right and I can't even see all the
words that appear on the right of the screen. Help!!!!!

Right-click on your taskbar and make sure that "Lock the Taskbar" is
unchecked. Now click on an empty area of the taskbar and while holding the
mouse button drag it back to the bottom of the screen. When you get it back
where you want it you can right click on it and check lock the taskbar to
prevent it from being moved again.

Try unlocking task bar by right clicking on it, select
unlock task bar, left click and drag it back to bottom of
screen. Right clik on task bar and select Lock task bar
to keep it there. Does this work?
