First
My music centre packed up.
Then the condenser dryer.
Then the washing machine.
Sheesh

Music Centre?

Where'd you buy that? Rumblelows? ;)

I feel your pain squire, I do.

FWIW my washing machine is starting to go wrong, the cycle just goes on forever. I have to stop the machine then forward timer switch to rinse/spin.

I'm going to replace the program switch but it's 8.5 years old now, I don't have high hopes for it's future.

Well, if everything comes in threes you should be OK from now on. :D

Seriously though, hope you get everything sorted Viv. :o

Sorry to hear that Itsme, I'm convinced that washing machines and fridges, all have a built-in self-destruct mechanism! :wall: The same kind of scenario usually happens here too...it gets to be bloomin' expensive, doesn't it!

They do

The components used are designed to only last a certain period of time
Much the same with Dewalt drills.

Each component is designed to last so long then pack in however they are also designed to be replaced easily too..Although at a cost!

Never did like Dewalt anyway, i'm a Makita man ;)

looks like we're all having issues

The PCI-E slot in my mb stopped working, thankfully the second one still works?!

I'll agree with you about the DeWalt drills, did you know they're actually made by Black & Decker?

I've used a Makita cordless in the past, they're good but the drill I've been most impressed with so far is my Bosch GBH24 VFR cordless 24V SDS percussion drill, goes through anything, even stressed concrete and having no mains lead is a good thing when you're up a ladder.
