My contact and I can get everything to work (remote
assistance both ways, whiteboard, file sharing, etc.)
except for the audio and video. I can see and hear him
but he can't see or hear me. We played with the security
setting on both ends and everything. It says that our
computers are connected and we both are able to see our
own picture-in-picture. All equipment seems fine. Both
use Windows XP Home Edition. Is it worth paying $35 to
call and get this to work? Do they actually solve the
problem?
Joel - you seem to help everyone in this newsgroup. If
you can help me I will be forever grateful!
