every time i try to get somewhere the site shopathomeselect comes on

I have no idea what is wrong with my internet explorer.
I'm having trouble getting to sites. Some sites work and
others don't. When i try to get on to ebay or yahoo mail
it goes to this site called shopathomeselect and i have
no idea what that heck that is but it does not even open
to a real page it just says that in the address bar and
the rest of the page is blank and it just stays like
that. Can anyone help ME?
