every time a log on I have a new folder in Documents and Seting

I have install W2000 profesional on my computer and when a
log on either as Administrator or a new created user , a
error message window apears "error copying C:\Documents
and Setting\Default User to C:\Documents and setting\%
admin. or user name%\".I have tried to install it twice
with same result.
