Ok I'm scaning my computer or doing a network diagnostics
and it come up FAILED everthing I don't know what happen
can someone help

Well, for starts, what are you scanning?
Is it just networks diagnostics, or is it a system scan,
if so with what are you scanning?
A liittle more info would be great, like:
What OS? Home or Pro?
What scan?
What type PC?
etc...
