Events Missing - Other User's Folder (Calendar)

Here's the scenario: Outlook XP and 2003 / Exchange 2000
SP3

Jane and Jill both have editor rights to Bob's calendar
and can view the calendar by opening other users
folder>calendar. All three might show the same event at
the correct time on their individual calendars, however,
when Jane (publishing editor rights to Bob's calendar)
views Bob's calendar 2 of the events are missing. The
events are not marked private on Bob's calendar and in
fact Jane may be the Organizer for the event. Jill
(reviewer rights to Bob's calanedar) can view all of the
events on Bob's calendar.

Makes sense? Any thoughts?

I have the same problem, only the clients are Outlook
2003. The problem turned out to be a "Use Exchanged Cached
Mode" setting under the advanced tab in the email accounts
setup. This mode caches Outlook locally and it caused
calendar items to fall off. The user would have to close
outlook and re-open it as a work around. Of course doing
this would re-cache outlook and the data would be there
for a time. I hope this is your problem as I looked for
many Months trying to find the answer and happened to come
accross it trying to solve another problem.
Bob
