Events for DPAD

with a smart device application, how do I get DPAD(Left/Righ/Up/Down)
Events?

Handle the OnKeyPress (or the OnKeyUp or OnKeyDown) event. The values for
the DPad directions will be Keys.Up, Keys.Down, Keys.Left and Keys.Right.
