Event when User turn on device?

Hi,

i would like to do something everytime the user "turn on" the pocketpc.
Is there an event i could use? How to?

yes - but this way i need an external application (a second EXE file). I
thought it would be possible to do somthing inside a running EXE file when
the user is activating the device again.

when i assign a .Net application this way it would be very annoying for the
user. Just think about how long it takes to run a .Net-Application on a
pocketPC (starting the runtime first etc.)
