Hi,

In windows 2000 advanced server, is there a way to
replicate a event viewer using a commandline? Let's say I
want to audit a certain group/user when accessing a
directory. Is this possible?

Ooops, I hit CTRL+Enter or something and away it went. Anyway, I'm not sure
what you mean by "replicate a event viewer using a commandline". If you
have the Windows 2000 Resource Kit try EVENTQUERY.PL and EVENTLOGMON.VBS
