Event Viewer Application log questions

All,
I'm receiving the following error approx. every 5 seconds
in the Event Viewer/Application log.

Event ID: 1008
Source: Perflib
Description: The Open Procedure for service "https4.1" in
DLL "E:\Netscape\Server4\bin\https\nsctr.dll" failed.
Performance data for this service will not be available.
Status code returned is data DWORD 0.

I am running Windows 2000 Advance Server
Version 5.0.2195 Service Pack 3 build 2195 on a Compaq
ProLiant DL380.

What would be causing this error and how in the heck to I
fix it. It is filling up my logs extremely fast and am
constantly having to go in and save them off. Any help you
can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Uninstall Netscape.

Thanks for the info. I will definately take a look at that
web site. The unfortunate part of this is I'm not sure if
I can uninstall Netscape. I believe one of the
applications I have running requires it. I will have to
double check and find out. Thanks again.
