I cannot get this error out of my Event Viewer every two
hours:

Dynamic registration or deregistration of one or more DNS
records failed with the following error:
No DNS servers configured for local system.

My entire network uses static IP addresses.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you only using your internal DNS in IP properties (this should go for
DCs and clients).
