I just added the Event Log to my latest configuration. As annoying as usual
with XPE, must I
add MMC & Internet explorer to be able to view event logs.

If you want only fiew the files at the develop process and don't want to get
this components and their dependencys, copy the event log files to your xp
pro and view them there...
