Ive got the same problem
According to microsoft, its a faulty hardware issue

I figured this out! I have an ASUS A7N8X motherboard, I changed to a home-modified BIOS (uber BIOS), and now I'm not getting the error. Seach around the web for an alternative BIOS for your MB. The Machine Check: Regs error seems to be a CPU/MB Settings/BIOS problem.
