I'm getting this message in the event log,
Microsoft has a hotfix, does anyone have it that they can
send it to me....OEM version of the OS...
Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a
roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact
your administrator.

DETAIL - Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).

You need to contact Microsoft Product Support for hotfixes.

There is no charge to obtain hotfixes from Microsoft.
Tell the person that answers you simply need a hotfix and, if possible, tell
them the hotfix number.

The hotfix may not solve your problem even when you get it. This problem
has several causes, some fixed and some not. See the following for a
solution that has worked flawlessly for me.

I have the same problem with the Win2000 server. I downloaded th
UPHClean.msi file and installed in my local machine, then run th
program remotely from the Win2000 server. Is that right? The proble
is still there.

What is the procudure for running the program?

The installation process for UPHClean sets it up as a service that starts
auotmatically. If it shows up in Task Manager on the Processes tab, then
it's running and doing what it can. If you don't see it there,
right-click on My Computer and click Manage, then go to Services and set
the Startup Type to "Automatic".
