Event IDS 6008

I have a Vista Business sytem that has a continuous reboot problem. The
system was an XP PRo and has been updated. The darn thing reboots
continuously. It may stay up for an hour or two and then reboots with the
event ID 6008. Here is the detail: - <Event

a little more info. When the PC was XP. had no problems. Have done all the
memory tests and replaced the MB, and most components.
