Event ID 8

I get the following error in my "system" log:

Source: KDC
Category: None
Event ID: 8
The account David did not have a suitable key for generating a Kerberos
ticket. If the encryption type is supported, changing or setting the
password will generate a proper key.

I tried changing the password for the user account several times and the
error still gets logged. What does it mean and how do I prevent it. It
happens for all users, since all user accounts are set up the same.
