You have the blaster worm virus. You should be using Virus Protection as well as having your firewall enabled. In order to stop from being kicked off the internet you will have to go into services and set the RPC to restart in all cases of failure. go>start\control panel\administrative tools\services and then scroll down to RPC and then double click on it to open the configuration interface and then on the Recovery tab in every failure line select "restart the service" from the drop down list and then once you have that done then get the updated definitions for you Anti-Virus software and run a scan or if you don't have Anti-Virus software go to an on line scanner and run it and then purchase anti-virus software. For the firewall>start\control panel\double click network connections\then right click on your connection and choose properties\then click the advanced tab and activate the firewall. In Service Pack 2 you will get a more detailed configuration interface but for the SP1 you just put a check mark in the box. Have fun. {:~)
