Hello,

I have purchased and installed Print2PDF Server Edition version 5 on a
Windows 2000 Standard server. The installation was successful and I am able
to create PDF files on the server. The problem I'm having is installing the
shared Print2PDF printer on client machines. Every time I try to install the
printer on a Windows 2000 Professional client, the spooler service crashes on
the client computer with event ID 7031. I have tried installing the program
on a 2003 server and it works without incident but this is not the server I'd
like to keep it on. I've contacted the Print2PDF support and of course they
say it's a server problem, not their software. Does anyone have any insight
into this issue?

Thanks!

I don't have an answer for you but I do have a starting point if no one else
has the answer:
