Event ID: 7 and Source: KDC

I am getting the following error on one of our DC's: The
Security Account Manager failed a KDC request in an
unexpected way. The error is in the data field. The account
name was ㈜ᢥﭩ䲈ꎙᤅ洝ِɰ崘ɰ￿￿㄀಍ and lookup type 0x100. The
Date is c0000034.
I looked up on Technet and searched all over the place and
I couldn't get a solution for this. Please help!
