Hi,

I have got a problem with an active directory printer the
error message in eventview is:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Print
Event Category: None
Event ID: 61
Date: 17/12/2003
Time: 10:17:33:AM
User: COMPANY\USER
Computer: SERVER
Description:
The document 03 FLEET CAR LIST AS AT 291003.xls owned by
USER failed to print. Win32 error code returned by the
print processor: 63 (0x3f).


how do I resolve this error. really unsure what is causing
this as I can print but most users on the network cannot..

any help is much appreciated..

have read this, could this be permission orientated as any
domain admin can print to the specified printer, it is
only one printer that is affected aswell. 10 or so other
printers are all ok.

have checked in the print driver and all permissions in
there appear to be ok.

does anyone have other ideas?
